June Meet the Market at Meli Studio

The Athenswears team had a blast at the recent Meet the Market event which was organized by a collective of artists, designers, djs and independent businesses. Location=Meli Studio, bar & restaurant extraordinaire.
The aim of this monthly event is to encourage street culture and conscious consumerism while showcasing their creations in a market/party format. We saw high quality handmade goods from independent Greek artisans and interesting vintage items while rotating djs spinned cool and funky tunes.

Art Athina, Greece's annual contemporary art fair show which showcases galleries from all over the world took place recently in a large space which featured apart from artworks, music concerts, performances and other impromptu happenings. The crowd was cool, fashionable and eccentric.
